The 865 Titan Standard

Engineered to a written spec — and backed in writing.

Most concrete is sold on a handshake and a low number. Ours is built to a documented standard and carries a written workmanship warranty. Here's exactly what goes into the ground on every 865 Titan project — and what we stand behind.

The Build Standard

What every project is poured to

The same six things go into every job — patio, driveway, or pool deck. It's the part you can't see from the curb, and the reason the finish lasts.

01

Engineered Base Prep

A compacted #57 stone base is built under every pour for stable footing and proper drainage — the foundation that keeps a slab from settling and cracking before it ever sees concrete.

02

Full 4-Inch Pours

A true 4-inch slab thickness, formed and checked across the whole pour — not thinned out at the edges to stretch a yard of concrete and shave the bid.

03

3,500 PSI Concrete

We pour a 3,500 PSI mix — above the typical 3,000 PSI residential standard — for added compressive strength and a longer service life in East Tennessee's freeze-thaw seasons.

04

Reinforced Where It Counts

Wire-mesh reinforcement is placed where the project calls for it — driveways, vehicle loads, and large-format slabs — to help control cracking and distribute load.

Premium SRS Sealing

Finished with premium SRS sealer from Southern Rebar — longer-lasting protection and richer, deeper color than the off-the-shelf sealers most crews use. Anti-slip additive on pool decks and walkways.

Our Promise

The 865 Titan Written Workmanship Warranty

Because "we do good work" should mean something on paper.

865 Titan Concrete Backed in writing
  • Two-year workmanship guarantee. Every project is warranted for two years against defects in our workmanship — that the base prep, slab thickness, mix, reinforcement, and finish were installed to the 865 Titan Standard above.
  • We make it right. If a covered workmanship issue appears within the warranty period, we return and correct it at no cost to you. One call to the same number you booked with — no run-around.
  • Honest about concrete. All concrete develops some hairline surface cracking as it cures and moves with the seasons. We place control joints to guide where it happens — but no honest contractor warrants concrete to never crack, and we won't pretend otherwise.
  • Clear on the line. The warranty covers our workmanship. It does not cover damage from ground movement, tree roots, loads beyond the slab's design, de-icing salts, or alterations by others — the normal exclusions, spelled out plainly so there are no surprises.
  • Maintenance that protects it. We recommend resealing roughly every 2–3 years to keep the color rich and the surface protected. We'll remind you — and we're always available to handle it.
The binding terms are the warranty printed in your signed proposal. This page describes our standard coverage; specific duration and terms for your project are confirmed in writing before work begins.
