How Travel Projects Work
Project-first. Travel costs considered after scope is confirmed.
Our primary service area covers Knoxville, Farragut, West Knoxville, Maryville, Lenoir City, and surrounding East Tennessee. When a project is outside that range, we review the scope and photos first — before travel cost conversations happen.
If the project is a good fit, we'll schedule a site consultation and discuss logistics together. Travel-market projects are selected based on scope, access, and schedule fit. They're not always possible — but substantial projects worth doing well are worth the honest conversation.
Where We Can Go
Other Tennessee markets — Nashville, Chattanooga, Johnson City, Memphis — and nearby Southeast markets. Each request is reviewed individually. We don't promise availability in any specific market.
What Qualifies
Substantial residential projects — large stamped-concrete environments, full pool decks, integrated outdoor living spaces, private sport courts. Work that's worth doing right and matches our capabilities.
Written Proposal — Always
Travel projects follow the same process as local projects: site consultation first, then a written scope and exact price before any deposit is required. Nothing ambiguous.
Schedule-Dependent
Travel-market availability depends on our current local schedule. Inquiries are reviewed as they come in. Reach out early — especially for projects with a defined timeline.
