Workmanship Warranty

A written warranty on every project — no verbal promises

Every 865 Titan Concrete project is backed by a 2-year written workmanship warranty. Terms are documented in your project proposal and reviewed with you before any work begins.

What the Warranty Covers

2-year written workmanship coverage

The warranty covers workmanship defects in the concrete placement, finishing, and sealing of your project for 2 years from the date of completion. Covered items, exclusions, and any terms specific to your project type are documented in writing as part of your proposal — before any deposit is required.

If a workmanship issue covered by the warranty becomes apparent after project completion, contact us directly at (865) 209-7235. You reach the same team that managed your project — not a warranty department, not a third-party call center.

In Writing Before Work Begins

Warranty terms are included in your written project proposal and reviewed during the site consultation or proposal walkthrough — not presented for the first time at the end of the job.

Workmanship Coverage

The warranty covers defects in the work performed — concrete placement, finishing, and sealing as specified in the project scope. It covers what we did, as documented in the proposal.

One Number — Always

Warranty calls go to the same number as everything else: (865) 209-7235. No third-party claim process, no runaround. Direct to the same team that did the work.

Post-Project Support

Care instructions are reviewed during the final walkthrough. Questions about sealing, maintenance schedules, or surface changes are answered at (865) 209-7235 — warranty period or not.

Important note on warranty terms: The standard workmanship warranty is 2 years from project completion. Covered items, exclusions, and any scope-specific terms are documented in writing as part of your project proposal. The binding warranty terms are those contained in your signed project agreement. No statement on this page constitutes a contractual obligation independent of a signed project proposal.

To ask a warranty question about a completed project, call or text (865) 209-7235.

Warranty FAQ

Common warranty questions

Things people ask about the warranty before or after a project.

What specifically does the workmanship warranty cover?
The warranty covers defects in the concrete workmanship as performed — placement, finishing, stamping, and sealing as described in the project proposal. The exact covered items and exclusions are documented in your proposal. Generally, the warranty covers defects caused by how the work was performed, not events outside the contractor's control (freeze-thaw cycles, chemical damage, tree root growth, ground movement, acts of nature, etc.).
What's not covered?
Standard exclusions include: damage caused by deicing salts, fertilizers, oil, gasoline, or other chemicals; natural cracking from normal concrete curing or seasonal thermal movement; freeze-thaw damage beyond normal; tree root growth; settling from soil movement unrelated to base prep; physical damage from vehicle impact or heavy equipment; and surface wear from normal long-term use. Specific exclusions are documented in your project proposal.
Does concrete always crack? What about hairline cracks?
Concrete cracks — this is a known characteristic of the material, not a workmanship defect. Control joints are placed to direct cracking to predictable locations. Small hairline cracks within control joints are normal and expected. Structural cracking, significant displacement, or cracking outside of control joints that appears to result from workmanship (improper forming, base failure, etc.) is what the warranty addresses. Your written proposal will clarify what constitutes a warranty claim.
How do I report a warranty issue?
Call or text (865) 209-7235. Describe the issue and, if helpful, send photos. We'll review and respond directly. You don't navigate a claim system — you call the same number you used to start the project.
What about sealer maintenance — is that covered?
Initial sealing is included in every project. Resealing is routine maintenance — typically recommended every 2–3 years depending on exposure and traffic. Resealing is not covered under the workmanship warranty but is available as a separate service. Care and maintenance guidance is reviewed at the final walkthrough and available on the Care & Maintenance page.
