Titan coordinates the agreed concrete scope, scheduling, and communication. Fieldwork may be performed by project-specific subcontractors selected for the location and scope.
Project review covers site conditions, qualified crew availability, and the licensing, insurance, and permit requirements that apply. The written agreement establishes who performs the work and who handles site verification, supervision, inspections, and closeout.
Review the Project Fit
We review the work, site conditions, schedule, and qualified crew availability. Project requirements are confirmed before acceptance.
Send a Defined Scope
Share the project address and state, plans, quantities, specifications, site photos, bid deadline, and intended schedule. Commercial and residential scopes are reviewed.
Establish Field Responsibilities
The project plan identifies the field contact, site verification, inspection responsibilities, and progress-photo requirements. Scope and site questions are resolved before the work is committed.
Document the Agreement
Scope, price, schedule, responsibilities, and applicable warranty terms are documented in the project agreement. Contact Titan for follow-up on the agreed work.
